Our story
Mount to Lead was founded in 2018 and is based in Sweden and Engelberg, Switzerland. A concept created for mountain lovers and professionals interested in personal development, team training, and leadership.
We, the founders, believe that every one of us, leader or team member, is more likely to achieve peak performance while practicing on a high altitude. We use the impact of the mountain for leadership training, personal development, and team training.
The pilot project took place in Engelberg and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. “When I stand here, surrounded by the mountains, I get a completely different energy compared to if I had been in a conference room. It opens my receptiveness, and increases my motivation. I will remember this”. (John, member of management group).
